Welcome to Culture-d Leadership

Hi everyone, I know it’s been a while - and for that I have to apologize. Thank you all for the support for The Empathy Advantage, which I had so much fun with in 2023.

2023 was a wonderful year, and as I took some time to think about the future of my company and my work, the newsletter was a big part of my plans. So for 2024, I’m unfortunately waving goodbye to the Empathy Advantage, and welcoming “Culture-d Leadership”.

For those of you who have just joined in 2024, welcome, and I’m so excited to get started and have you follow along.

Fret not, the content will not change too much. The Culture-d Leadership newsletter will still pretty much have the similar content - actionable leadership tips and tricks for all of you committed to making an impact in the organisations and lives of those around you. The reason for the change was simply to have a title for a newsletter I felt was more appropriate for my work and the direction that I am taking for the next few years.
